1. Information we collect

We collect:

• Information you provide — when you request a pilot or contact us: your name, work email, company, and any details in your message.
• Information collected automatically — approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar usage data, gathered through analytics tools and cookies (see Cookies below).

2. Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We set non-essential cookies only after you accept them. You can accept or decline via our banner, and change your choice anytime using the Cookie settings link in the footer or your browser controls.

For Google Analytics we use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics storage stays denied until you accept, and advertising signals (ad storage, ad personalization, ad user data) are disabled. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and pilot requests.
• To operate, measure, secure, and improve the website.
• To prevent fraud and protect the integrity of our service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent — for analytics cookies. You may withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interests — running, securing, and improving the website, and responding to business inquiries.
• Contract / pre-contract steps — to handle and follow up on pilot requests you submit.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to process data by law.

5. Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google (Google Analytics) — website analytics.
• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.

These providers may process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. International transfers

Labelix operates in Cyprus (EU) with delivery operations in Bangladesh, and uses providers located in the EU and the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EEA are protected by appropriate legal safeguards as described above.

7. Data retention

• Inquiry data — kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, then deleted.
• Analytics data — retained according to provider settings (Google Analytics 4 retains user-level data for up to 14 months by default).
• Your consent choice — stored in your browser and re-requested at least every six months.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

• To withdraw analytics consent, use the Cookie settings link in the footer.
• To exercise any other right, email support@labelix.ai. We respond within the timeframes required by law.
• You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

10. Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, ask for renewed consent.
